Set up Team / Aufbau – Folsom Europe Reception

1 team of 3 volunteers to prepare drinks and snacks for the official reception (17:00 - 19:00) and help to clean afterwards. Volunteers are invited to stay for the reception as guests. 1 Team von 3 Helfer:innen um Getränke und Snacks für den offiziellen Empfang (17:00 - 19:00) vorzubereiten und hinterher aufzuräumen. Helfer:innen sind während des Empfangs als Gäste eingeladen.

Hang up Leather Flags / Lederfahnen aufhängen

2 teams of 3+ volunteers needed to hang up our leather flags at the street lamps on the street fair. Volunteers should not be afraid of height and climbing ladders (around 5 meter high). 2 Teams von 3+ Helfer:innen um die Lederfahnen an den Strassenlampen unseres Strassenfestes aufzuhängen Helfer:innen sollten keine Höhenangst haben und auf Leitern klettern können (ca. 5 m hoch).

1 team of 4+ volunteers needed to set up the first deliveries of fences, tents and equipment. 1 Team von 4+ Helfer:innen, die die ersten Anlieferungen verräumen und aufbauen.

Set up Team / Aufbau – Volunteer & VIP Area

1 team of 5+ volunteers needed to set up the fences, tents, umbrellas, benches and tables at the Volunteer/VIP area incl. decoration/banner placement. 1 Team von 5+ Helfer:innen, die Absperrungen, Zelte, Schirme, Bänke und Tische im Helfer:innen/VIP-Bereich aufbauen und dekorieren bzw. Banner aufhängen.

Set up Team / Aufbau – Entrances & Fair

1 team of 5+ volunteers needed to set up the fences at the entrances, benches,tables and tents on the fair and place banners. 1 Team von 5+ Helfer:innen, die Absperrungen an den Eingängen aufbauen, Zelte, Bänke und Tische auf dem Straßenfest aufbauen und Banner aufhängen.

Catering Pick Up by car
